Monte Carlo
Monte Carlo is the central area of Monaco around Monte Carlo Casino, the Café de Paris, and the Opéra, which was built in the 19th century by Charles Garnier (also responsible for the Paris Opera). The inside of the opera building really is worth seeing for its opulence and grandeur. Casinos have been shaping Monaco and making it legendary since 1863.
